Azerbaijan to join 42nd EOC General Assembly
Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sports, Azad Rahimov will visit Italian capital of Rome on November 22 to attend the 42nd General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees (EOC).
During the event the president and secretary general of the organization will make reports on the works done over the year, Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Ministry reported.
The organization's goals will also be discussed at the general assembly.
The reports of the European Olympic Committee's Coordination Commission and Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee on the works done with regard to the first 2015 European Games to be held in Baku, will be also heard at the event which will continue till November 23.
The General Assembly will also choose its new composition of the Executive Committee for 2013-2017.
