Azerbaijan secures silver medal in Romania

The European Judo Open Championship has kicked off in Bucharest, Romania.
More than 376 athletes from 29 countries, including Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan etc., are taking part in the tournament.
The championship brought excitement, joy and celebration to those who followed the event.
Azerbaijan added the silver medal to its medal haul.
Huseyn Rahimli (73 kg) beat his rivals from UK, Romania, Italy and Ukraine on the first day of the tournament, azerisport.com reported.
The national squad includes 15 judo fighters.
