Georgia imports more oil products
The import of oil products to Georgia rose in August 2015 by 12,300 tons compared to July 2015 standing at 104,400 tons, Sputnik news agency reported citing the Georgian Union of Oil Products Importers.
The union also said the gasoline imports stood at 40,400 tons, while diesel fuel imports amounted to 63,900 tons.
The largest volume of gasoline and diesel fuel imports in August 2015 accounted for Romania – 34,400 tons, which makes up 33 percent of the total imports.
Romania is followed by Azerbaijan – 29,600 tons or 28.4 percent of total imports, Bulgaria – 14,000 tons or 13.4 percent, Turkmenistan – 12,900 tons or 12.4 percent, Russia – 9,900 tons or 9.5 percent and Greece – 3,900 tons or 3.7 percent.
