Georgia, Estonia to eye ties

Georgian Parliamentary Speaker David Usupashvili accompanied with a parliamentary delegation will pay an official visit to Estonia on January 13 - 15.

The official meeting are planned to be held with Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Parliamentary Speaker Ene Ergma, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet as part of the visit.

During the meetings, the sides will discuss the prospects for intensifying the cooperation between Georgia and Estonia at the parliamentary level and in the political, economic and cultural spheres. Particular attention will be paid to the foreign policy priorities.

Usupashvili is planned to deliver speech in the Estonian center of the Eastern Partnership as part of the visit. The experts, diplomats, MPs and students will also attend the event.

MPs Tedo Japaridze, Viktor Dolidze, Levan Bezhashvili and Guram Misabishvili will accompany Usupashvili during the visit.
