Hanwha Group affiliates and HD Hyundai Heavy Industries have officially entered the race for Poland’s 8 trillion won ($5.6 billion) Orka submarine project — a key defense initiative aimed at strengthening the country's naval capabilities through the acquisition of three next-generation submarines, Azernews reports.
