ING incurs loss of €700 million from sale of Russian business

Dutch banking giant ING Groep NV has agreed to sell its Russian operations for an undisclosed amount, effectively exiting the country. The move will result in a loss of €700 million ($730 million) for the bank, Azernews reports.
