Production of tractors equipped with electric motors will be established in Turkey for the first time, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey Bekir Pakdemirli said March 27, Trend reports via Turkish media.
The minister said that until recently, this project has been kept secret, but because the first prototype has already been developed, there is no need to hide this project anymore.
He stressed that a tractor equipped with an electric motor is the first tractor of such a kind in the world.
