Tajik Air national airlines carried out 2,500 flights in 2017, having 675 flight delay cases, what makes for 27.1 percent of total flights, Genral Director of Tajik Air Hayrullo Rakhimov told the media outlets in Dushanbe, according to TajikTA local news agency.

According to Rakhimov, wide-body aircrafts are to be bought by leasing in 2018 for the further development of the company.
“All the needed work is done to expand the flights geography. We prepare to carry out flights to Jeddah, Sharjah, Baku, Ashgabat,” he concluded.
