The supporters of Fethullah Gulen movement in Turkey have been successfully hiding their true colors for many years, the TRT Haber news channel quoted Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying Aug.3.

Even some ministers in Turkey were encouraging the activities of this movement in a number of issues till 2012, said the president.

Turkey’s president expressed regret for failing to reveal earlier the true intentions of Gulen movement which was hiding behind religious slogans.

Moreover, Erdogan said that Fethullah Gulen is a charlatan.

Gulen was involved in the military coup attempt in Turkey.
