New SOCAR vice-president appointed
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order appointing
Tofig Gahramanov the vice-president of the state oil company SOCAR
on strategic development, the company said.
Previously, Gahramanov served as head of marketing and economic operations department of SOCAR.
