TLScontact Company announced new services of call center and measures adopted to facilitate passport collection in Baku.

Since May 26 TLScontact provided its users with a service to take online an appointment for submitting visa applications to the French Embassy in Azerbaijan and get back their passports.

Telephone calls coming from applicants were temporarily restricted by technical problems. TLS contact expressed regret for the inconvenience which caused some difficulties.

The company presented the new contact numbers. The call center is now reachable on phone number +994 12 404 12 03/+994 12 404 12 04/+994 12 404 12 05) and voice mail allows visa applicants to obtain information on visa procedure.

From the beginning of May a website has been opened (https://www.tlscontact.com/az2fr) through which the applicants can find all information about the visa application, the list of documents for each type of visa as well as the addresses of the passport offices.

Now the applicants should take an appointment with the Embassy of France via https://www.tlscontact.com/az2fr. The application would be registered after filling in certain forms on personal and travel data and paying online a service fee of 11.50 euros.
