Azerbaijani, Iranian border guards discuss strengthening counter smuggling actions
Commander of the Germi border guard detachment of the Iranian province of Ardabil, Shahin Ismeli, visited Azerbaijan on Thursday at the invitation of commander of the Lankaran border guard detachment, Iranian TV channel IRINN said.
During the visit, the sides discussed the counter smuggling actions and the strengthening of the border.
The meeting was held in Lankaran.
