A total of 11 countries presented biennial transparency reports (BTR) within the framework of COP29 in Baku, Azernews reports, citing Noura Hamladji, Deputy Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), telling at the "Ministerial Round Table on Global Climate Transparency" with the participation of ministers within the framework of COP29.
