UNDP Administrator arrives in Azerbaijan to attend COP29
Achim Steiner, Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, arrived in Azerbaijan on November 11 to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Azernews reports.
At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Achim Steiner was welcomed by Mammad Ahmadzadeh, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Department, along with other officials.
