On November 8th, a march of military personnel is being held in Khankendi city to mark Victory Day, Azernews reports.

The march, which started at the entrance of Khankendi city, will continue to Victory Square. The march, accompanied by an orchestra, features participation from the representatives of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Khankendi, Agdam, and Khojali districts, heads and employees of local state institutions, teachers and students from the University of Karabakh, and residents of Khankendi city.
