A new caravan sets forth on a way to the liberated Jabrayil, according to the order of President Ilham Aliyev. The caravan consisting of families temporarily settled in dormitories, sanatoriums, pioneer camps, unfinished buildings, and administrative buildings in Azerbaijan's different areas, is moving to the reconstructed city of Jabrayl, according to the First State Program on the Great Return to the territories freed from occupation. On November 7 the minibus started off at the Garadagh district of Baku city.

According to Azernews, at this stage, 30 families - 150 people - were moved to Jabrayil city.

Jabrayil residents who returned to their homeland thanked President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for being surrounded by comprehensive state care. They also expressed their gratitude to the brave Azerbaijani Army, our heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands from occupation and honoured the martyrs who died for Azerbaijan's sovereignty, and wished patience to their families.

To recall, until now permanent settlement of 163 families, i.e. 583 people, has been relocated in Jabrayil city.
