This decision was signed at the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Bishkek.
It was announced that during the meeting, the foreign ministers of the member states of the organization signed two documents: the "Decision on the Approval of the Charter on Permanent Representatives at the Turkic States Organization" and the "Decision on the Awarding of the Alisher Navoi International Prize to the Turkic States Organization for Contribution to the Unity of the Turkic World."
