A solemn event dedicated to Victory Day was held with the support of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized jointly by the "Garabagh" school and the Azerbaijani embassy in London, Azernews reports.
The event began with the singing of the Azerbaijani national anthem by all the guests together.

At the end, the premiere of the "Can Azerbaijan" video clip, prepared for the occasion of Victory Day through the special efforts of Rasim and Saadat Farziyeva along with school members, took place.
Subsequently, Ambassador Elin Suleymanov spoke about Azerbaijan's glorious history of victory, noting that this history was made possible by the wise policies and determined will of the Supreme Commander, President Ilham Aliyev. He stated that the key factor transforming independent Azerbaijan into a land of stability today is the unity of our people around their President, describing this victory as the achievement of the Azerbaijani people and highlighting that it lays the foundation for our future successes. The diplomat mentioned that despite the liberation of our lands in accordance with all norms of international law, some are still unable to digest this and are engaged in unsuccessful smear campaigns against our country.
Dr. Ali Takin Atalar, the head of the "House of Azerbaijan" in London, and renowned musician Rafiq Rustamov shared their heartfelt words and congratulations.
Next, the presentation of the book titled "Bulbul," authored by Azerbaijani Emily Jabrayilova, took place.
