According to the information, Chinese citizens can stay in Azerbaijan for up to 30 days per visit.
The visa-free regime will be implemented by the "Joint Declaration on the establishment of a strategic partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People's Republic of China," adopted on July 3, 2024.
It was noted that individuals concerned should register at their place of residence by the requirements of the Migration Code if they are temporarily in the territory of Azerbaijan for more than 15 days.
Chinese citizens who wish to travel to Azerbaijan more than three times during the relevant period or stay in the country for more than 30 days can enter the country after obtaining a visa by the requirements of the legislation.
