Uzbek PM visits Azerbaijan’s Fuzuli district
Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov has visited the Azerbaijani city of Fuzuli, liberated from Armenian occupation.
Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation, included in the Karabakh Economic Region, informed the guest in detail about the repair and restoration works carried out in Fuzuli, the prospects for the development of the city, as well as its investment potential.
The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan saw for himself the traces of vandalism committed in Fuzuli, which remained under occupation for about 30 years. Abdulla Aripov was also informed about the destroyed city buildings, the environmental terror to which the district was subjected.
Then, the guest got acquainted with the school being built by Uzbekistan in the city of Fuzuli.
During the visit, the guest was informed that in the near future it is planned to complete the construction of both residential buildings and a secondary school in the city of Fuzuli, as part of the implementation of the Great Return Program, the relocation of the first residents to the city will begin.
