The delegation led by the rector of the National Defense University, Professor, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev continues its visit to fraternal Türkiye, Azernews reports, citing Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry.

In accordance with the visit program, the Azerbaijani delegation visited special educational institutions subordinate to the National Defense University of the Republic of Türkiye.

The guests visited the territory, educational buildings, and the material and technical base of educational institutions, and got acquainted with the created conditions. They were provided with detailed information about the educational process.

The delegation met with Azerbaijani cadets of the Rifle and Training Command of the Land Forces School.
Exemplary performances of servicemen were demonstrated, followed by a joint lunch with cadets.

In the end, the sides exchanged gifts, and a photo was taken.

It should be noted that during the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation was accompanied by the rector of the National Defense University of the Republic of Türkiye, Professor Erhan Afyoncu, and representatives of the Office of the Military Attaché of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Türkiye.
