Azerpocht LLC has started a new cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan to organize postal work, Azernews reports.

The main purpose of the cooperation is to exchange with Azerpocht the best examples of successful postal work created in Japan. Thus, within the framework of the newly established cooperation it is planned to work in two main directions: supporting the construction of a new sorting center to be built by Azerpocht and strengthening interdepartmental ties through continuous contribution to the development of postal communication in the country.

Azerpocht LLC is the largest postal network in Azerbaijan, with 1,500 branches in all cities and regions. It provides universal, express, courier, and other specialized postal services. In addition, the company provides financial services such as money transfers, postal deposits, debit and credit card issuance.

The new cooperation between Azerpocht LLC and MIC will allow entrepreneurs to present their products to citizens through Azerpocht branches. This will allow entrepreneurs to pursue a unified and transparent pricing policy and gain access to the entire population of the country. Azerpochta will not cover the costs of logistics services and rent but will provide them independently.

The new service is expected to benefit both Azerpocht LLC and the MIC, as well as entrepreneurs and citizens of Azerbaijan and Japan.
