State University of Culture and Arts to mark its centennial
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.
The Ministry of Science and Education was instructed to prepare and implement a plan of events to mark the university's centennial, Azernews reports.
Based at Baku Theater School, the Azerbaijan State University of Culture has significantly contributed to national culture and art.
The university prepares professionals in many art fields, including music, culturology, fine arts, audiovisual art, etc.
