Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Rovnag Abdullayev as Azerbaijani deputy economy minister.
At the same time, President Aliyev singed a decree relieving Rovnag Abdullayev of his duties as SOCAR president.
