Azerbaijan to take part in meeting of OIC FMs [UPDATE]

Azerbaijan will take part in the meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Abu Dhabi, spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Leyla Abdullayeva said at a press conference Feb. 25, Trend reports.
She stressed that Azerbaijan will be represented by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov at the meeting to be held on March 1-2.
Azerbaijan joined OIC in 1991.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC, before 2011 - the Organization of the Islamic Conference) was established in 1969.
The headquarters of the OIC General Secretariat is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
