Azerbaijan joins another UN convention

Azerbaijan has ratified the accession to another UN convention at today's plenary session of the Parliament.
A draft 'Law on Joining the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts' was discussed at the Parliament's meeting March 6.
MP Aydin Mirzazade said that Azerbaijan joins all conventions presenting a special note.
"The special note reads that 20 percent of Azerbaijan's territories were occupied by Armenia, and Azerbaijan is unable to implement the conventions in those territories. Thus, Azerbaijan once again shows Armenia's aggressive policy to the world. Therefore, I consider Azerbaijan's joining the conventions with a special note as a right step," he said.
