January weather to be close to climate norm

The average monthly temperature in January is expected to be nigh to the climatic norm, the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported.
Rainfalls are forecasted to be nigh to the climatic norm, it is likely to be a little more in some areas.
In Baku and Absheron peninsula, temperature is predicted to be +4-6˚C which is close to the climatic norm. The temperature will be +1-6˚C at night, 0-5˚C in some days, + 8-163in the afternoon, 0-5 ˚C in some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh (18-28 mm norm) to the climatic norm.
The average monthly temperature in Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic is predicted to be from 3 degrees of frost to+1˚C which is within the climatic norm. The temperature will be from +6-11˚C at nights, 20-25 degrees of frost in mountainous areas, +15-20˚C in some days, +6-11˚C in the afternoons, 0-5˚C in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 14-25 mm).
In Upper Karabakh: Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Khocavand ;
Gubadli, Zangilan, Lachin, Kalbajar and Dashkasan, Gadabay regions,
monthly temperature is predicted to be 0-4 degrees of frost which
is nigh to the climatic norm. The temperature will be 2-7 degrees
of frost at nights, 10-15 degrees of frost in some days, +2-7˚C in
the afternoons, 0-5 degrees of frost in some days. Monthly rainfall
is expected to be nigh to the climatic norm (norm 16-24mm).
In Gazakh-Ganja, Goranboy, Tar-Tar-Agdam-Agjabadi-Fuzuli-Jabrail
regions, temperature is predicted to be +1-5˚C which is close to
the climatic norm. The temperature will be 0-5˚C at nights, 5-10
degrees of frost, +7-12˚C in the afternoons, while -3+ 2 ˚C in some
days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh to the climatic
norm (norm 10-32 mm).
In Balakan, Zagatala, Qakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, İsmailly, Agsu,
Shamakhy, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Khachmaz, Gusar regions,
temperature is expected to be from 1 degree of frost to +4˚C which
is nigh to the climatic norm. The temperature will be +0-5˚C at
nights, + 7-12˚C in mountainous areas in some days, +18-23 degrees
of frost in mountainous areas, +5-10 ˚C in the afternoons, while
0-5degrees of frost in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to
be close to the climatic norm (norm -22 49mm).
In Central-Aran : Agdash, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, İmishli,
Beylagan, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Shirvan, Hajıgabul, Salyan,
Neftchala regions, temperature is predicted to be +3-6˚C which is
close to the climatic norm. The temperature will be +1-6˚C at
nights, 2-7 degrees of frost in some days, +8-13˚C in the
afternoons, while 0-5 ˚C in several days. Monthly precipitation is
expected to be nigh to the climatic norm (norm 17-30mm).
In Masallı-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik, Yardimli regions, temperature is expected to be +2-6˚C, which is clos e to the climatic norm. The temperature will be +1-6˚C at nights, 0-50C in some days, 12-17 degrees of frost in mountainous areas,+7-12˚C in the afternoons, while from 3 degrees of frost to +2˚C in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 63-98 mm) and partly more in some areas.
