YARAT Contemporary Art Space invites you to a lecture “Discipline yourself with ease and joy” by Latvian lecturer Arstarulsmirus on June 29.

Arstarulsmirus is a lecturer and personal growth coach. He hosts classes on such topics as “Awareness (management of attention)”, “Emotional self-regulation”, “Psychology of self-discipline”, “The role of music in the process of self-study and spiritual growth”, “The use of music in the development of non-verbal communication skills and in the processes of team building”.

If you wish to learn how to make self-discipline not just an efficient tool, but also a comfortable, exciting process, then this event is for you.

Lecture will be in Russian language.

YARAT is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to nurturing an understanding of contemporary art in Azerbaijan and to creating a platform for Azerbaijani art, both nationally and internationally. Based in Baku, YARAT (meaning CREATE in Azerbaijani) was founded by Aida Mahmudova in 2011.

It realizes its mission through an on-going program of exhibitions, education events and festivals. YARAT facilitates exchange between local and international artistic networks including foundations, galleries and museums.

YARAT comprises YARAT Art Centre, ARTIM Project Space, YARAT Studios, YAY Gallery and an extended educational and public programme.
