IEPF organizes conference on role of NGOs against climate crisis at COP29 [PHOTOS]
The International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF) held a panel discussion entitled “Strengthening the Role of NGOs in the Climate Crisis: Collaborative Approaches to Agricultural Sustainability, Water Management, and Food Security” at the National NGO Forum Pavilion in the Green Zone within the framework of COP29.
Azernews reports that, during the discussion, speeches were heard on the importance of cooperation with international and intergovernmental organizations in the fight against climate change in Europe, issues of ensuring the resilience of agriculture against the impacts of the climate crisis, the importance of ensuring food security, the impact of climate change on agriculture and the ecological situation in post-conflict areas, and other topics.
Local and international experts and NGOs participated in the event.
At the end of the panel, questions were answered and discussions were held.
