On May 11, the opening ceremony of the VII "Kharibulbul" International Music Festival and the year "Shusha - the cultural capital of the Islamic world 2024" was held on the Cidir plain of Shusha.
Azernews reports that Azerbaijani Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the event.
The festival was remembered with interesting moments.
