Jordanian princess views Azerbaijan`s booth at Diplomatic Bazaar
Princess Basma bint Talal of Jordan has viewed Azerbaijan`s booth at the annual Diplomatic Bazaar in Amman.
Azerbaijan`s booth featured the souvenirs highlighting the country`s culture, historical heritage, and national musical instruments.
The Princess was presented with Kalagayi (kerchief), a symbol of Azerbaijan`s culture, while viewing the Azerbaijani stand.
The Diplomatic Bazaar is a purely volunteer effort, by members of the diplomatic corps who bring their local products and national cuisine and sell them in support of the boys of the Mabarrat.
This unique annual event, which brings the international community together into one venue has become a much anticipated occasion in the social calendar of Amman and its international community.
Thousands of people attend the bazaar each year to enjoy the colorful display of people from different nations, taste foreign cuisines and acquire items from around the world.
