Meet winner of Miss Globe International

The final of 89th international contest "Miss Globe International" was held for the first time in Azerbaijan on September 14.
The event took place in the biggest concert hall of Baku, Crystall Hall. The 1700-1800 square meter stage was established in the Crystal Hall, with seven outputs for the finalists, with light and laser effects in the original design of Natavan Mirzoeva.
The jury was composed of members from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Brasilia, Greece and Myanmar, including representative jury, president of Miss Globe International contest and RGA Rasim Aydin, president Z COMPANY 2007 Zamig Yunusov, designer Fakhria Khalafova, composer Govhar Hasanzada, World-class athlete on fighting Sair Iskenderov and others.
Beauties from 50 countries took part at the competition.
The participants demonstrated their national and evening dresses from designer Gunel Behbudova.
The winner of the beauty pageant was the representative of
Australia Esma Voloden. The model was awarded with the crown, made
from silver and decorated with rock crystal by Gunel Behbudova.
The second place went to Brazilian beauty Dos Santos Reis and the
third place to no less charming Turkish representative Gizem Goren.
The Azerbaijani model of Venera agency Oksana Rizayeva gained the
fourth place, while the model from Bolivia Vivian Susana Serrano
Lanos took the fifth place.
Some models were also awarded with special prizes in various categories: Miss Khazar Islands - Anastasia Kostich (Ukraine), Miss Cosmopolitan - Gizella Riva Reynbergs (Suriname), Miss Model - Zuleykha Eliana Verisimmo Neves (Cape Verde), Miss Femina - Gianna Dimaki (Greece).
The special guests of the event were Demet Akalin, Gokan Ozen, Inna and Vagif Nagiyev. The leading player of the contest was Husnia Maharramova.
The contest was co-organized by RGA and Z Company in 2007. The general sponsor is Khazar Islands.
"Miss Globe International" is the world-famous beauty pageant, which is attended by unmarried girls aged 18 to 24 years, regardless of their race, religion and nationality. Firstly, it was held in Istanbul in 1925.
