Russian classical music festival due in Baku

Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli will host the final of the 6th students' arts festival of Russian classical music on June 11.
Dedicated to the Russia Day, the event will bring together winners of national and international competitions, students of the Academy and their counterparts from the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music.
Works by such world-famous composers as Reinhold Glière, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Sergei Prokofiev and Sergei Taneyev will be performed at the event.
The festival is organized by the branch of the Institute of Eurasian Studies Development Fund in Azerbaijan and the Baku Music Academy.
