On December 8, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in India took part in the annual diplomatic charity fair held in the capital, New Delhi, Azernews reports.

The fair, organized in the central Nehru Park, featured various country and corporate stands set up in an open-air setting. Among them was the Azerbaijani corner, which showcased the nation's rich culture, history, and cuisine.

The Azerbaijani stand, created through the collaborative efforts of the Embassy's diplomatic and administrative staff, as well as their families, presented a selection of national dishes and cultural artifacts. The stand drew significant attention from both the diplomatic community and local Indian visitors throughout the day.

The charity fair, which has been a tradition since 1988, is organized by the Delhi Women's Association Foundation in cooperation with foreign embassies. Proceeds from the event are directed toward supporting low-income families, as well as funding education and healthcare for children with disabilities.
