Registration for Classic Car Rally begins
Lovers of classic cars are in for a wonderful gift: next time a caravan of classic cars from different years and countries will decorate the streets of the capital.
On August 26, Baku will host a parade of classic cars organized by the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF) and Zhara Events, Azernews reports.
The procession, which has already become traditional, will be organized in a different format this year. On August 26, classic cars that start from the Heydar Aliyev Centre will march to "Sea Breeze" recreation center. "Sea Breeze" zone will host an exhibition of cars and a concert in retro style. The entertainment program will include quizzes and prizes in various categories.
On the second day of the event, August 27, the classic car exhibition and entertainment program will continue.
Classic cars built before 1983 can be registered for the parade until August 10, 2023. Vehicle registration is carried out at AAF [email protected] email address or by phone (+99450) 295 01 00.
