Grandmothers have always played an important role in family life. They take care for preschool children, babies and toddlers, when both parents are at work.

Without the help of their mothers in the home, it would be difficult for most working women to balance having a family with advancing in their careers.

So, our lovely grandmothers deserve extra special gifts for their extraordinary love.

Grandma's Club +50 opened in Baku with the support of Active Mom's Club as part of "Long live grandma" project, Trend Life reported.

"The project aims to show the grandmothers their significance and importance in social and public life and organize leisure time for them. By itself, old age is a relative concept. Sometimes old age comes from fatigue and daily routine", said head of the Active Mom's Club Rugiya Ashrafli.

Various creative workshops, meetings with interesting people and exciting trips will be organized as part of the event.

The club's first meeting was attended by the psychologist, specialist in the field of personal development, Ellada Gorina, who shared secrets of lifestyle with women.

The event was held in a cozy atmosphere. Together with the psychologist, our beautiful women tried to practice the methods of the ambulance yourself in stressful situations, effective techniques of deep relaxation.
