BelAZ ships mine dump trucks to Azerbaijan

The Belarusian automobile engineering company BelAZ has shipped 12 mine dump trucks to Azerbaijan, Belarusian state news agency BelTa news agency reported.
BelAZ has shipped two mine dump trucks with the carrying capacity of 130 tones (BelAZ 75131) and ten dump trucks with the carrying capacity of 45 tones (BelAZ 7447) to the Dashkesan mining and processing factory.
It is the first shipment of mine dump trucks, by an internationally recognized manufacturer to Azerbaijan, that are capable of carrying over 90 tones.
The shipment of the mine dump trucks and future cooperation with Azerbaijan's mining companies amounts to a new step in BelAZ's efforts to diversify markets.
The Dashkesan mining and processing factory uses iron ore deposits of the Dashkesan mining area where the reserves are estimated at about 450 million tons of ore. The deposit is the largest one in Caucasus and is of great economic importance.
The mine dump truck BelAZ 75131 is designed to carry loose-mined rock along technological roads in open mining pits in various climatic conditions.
Apart from that, the dump truck can be used to build major industrial installations and hydraulic engineering installations it is also helpful for technology divisions of processing industry enterprises.
