On February 11, the opening session of the training program on “Implementation of the new budget mechanism in Azerbaijan and capacity building in this area” was held. The initiative is jointly organized by the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan, the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), and the World Bank, Azernews reports.
