The primary objectives of the project include reducing reliance on natural gas through the transition to renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and geothermal energy, increasing energy efficiency in existing heating systems, developing new legislation including a National Strategy on Heating Supply and related legal acts, and optimizing tariff policies to ensure the sector’s financial sustainability.
