Azerbaijan enforces cashless payment requirements for transactions

Starting in 2025, Azerbaijan will impose financial sanctions on transactions involving the sale and purchase of movable property, including precious stones, precious metals, and cultural products, as well as vehicles, if the total amount exceeds ₼15,000 ($8,823) and is not conducted through cashless payments.
