Within the framework of COP29, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the development of the Kalbajar Wind Power Plant was signed between the State Agency for Renewable Energy Sources (BOEMDA) under the Ministry of Energy, Clean Energy Invest LLC and Baltech Green LLC, Azernews reports.
