At a high-level event on National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) during COP29, Simon Stiell, Executive Secretary of UN Climate Change, urged global leaders to transform the financial support ecosystem for climate adaptation, stressing that "business-as-usual" is no longer sufficient to meet the growing challenges of climate change, Azernews reports.
