Azerbaijani singer and businessperson Emin Agalarov shared his thoughts with journalists within the framework of COP29, Azernews reports.

"I am absolutely amazed by COP29. The organization of the event is at a fantastic level. Today, more than 120 heads of state have gathered here in Baku. It fills me with pride. I can see the prospects Azerbaijan can gain thanks to such a great event," said Agalarov.

According to him, the gathering of heads of state in one country provides an opportunity to discuss not only political but also business issues between nations.

"As President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said today, we are a multifunctional bridge between the entire world. President Aliyev also stated, 'Natural resources are a gift from God.' This increases my admiration, joy, and pride for our country and our leader, showing that Azerbaijan has great potential for the welfare of our people in the coming years," added Agalarov.

It should be noted that yesterday marked the opening of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29). Being held at the Baku Stadium until November 22, COP29 is the largest event ever organized by Azerbaijan and the first time it has been hosted in the region.
