Ticket sales begin tomorrow for COP29 "Green Zone" access
Starting tomorrow, tickets for the "Green Zone" at the COP29 conference in Baku will be available, announced Anar Alakbarov, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan. The tickets will be free of charge, with limited availability. Once all tickets for a specific date are reserved, sales will close, Azernews reports.
Tickets can be accessed through the iTicket.az website.
The COP29 "Green Zone," managed by the COP29 Presidency, complements the UNFCCC's "Blue Zone" and fosters community engagement, technological innovation, and international cooperation on climate issues. The Green Zone will host various stakeholders, including public and private sector representatives, media, scientists, civil society organizations, and official delegates.
The program includes discussions on sustainability, climate action, and enhancing the involvement of youth, women, and local communities. Additionally, it aims to promote partnerships between NGOs, companies, and educational institutions to drive sustainable development.
