COP29 Information Centers have been established to provide comprehensive information to the thousands of visitors expected to attend the COP29 conference, which will be held in Baku from November 11 to 22, Azernews reports citing the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company.

The goal of the COP29 Information Centers, which have just begun operations, is to provide clear and accurate answers to a wide range of inquiries—from conference-related questions to issues concerning accommodation in the capital during the event. Specially trained staff will offer detailed information, guide event attendees on relevant topics, and provide support to ensure a positive experience for visitors.

A total of nine Information Centers are located in various areas across Baku, primarily in convenient locations for accommodation and transportation. In cooperation with the State Tourism Agency, seven of these centers have been set up at existing tourist service locations, while the remaining two have been established by the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

It is also possible to obtain information by contacting the COP29 Call Center via the short number *1029 or through the live chat feature, both of which were introduced by the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company.
