The EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) will initially target industries like electricity, fertilizers, iron and steel, aluminum, cement, and hydrogen, according to Ogtay Yagubov, Deputy Head of the Tax Policy Department of Azerbaijan's State Tax Service, Azernews reports.
