Four Seasons hotel to open in Baku in 2011
BAKU - Four Seasons Baku hotel, which is being built in the style of French architecture of the 19th century, will be commissioned in 2011, researchers studying the real estate market have said.
The hotel, which is being constructed by British company ReardonSmith's, is located in Baku near the Caspian Sea. The customer is Pasha Group Holding, the Real Estate Market Participants said in a statement published in the Emlak Bazarı journal.
The interior and design of the hotel have been prepared by Richmond International, while its structural design - by Ural Engineering.
The hotel will comprise 175 luxury suites. Total space will be 42,000 square meters, with the average area of each suite being 52 square meters.
