Silk Way launches charter cargo flight to Prague [PHOTO]
Azerbaijani Silk Way airline has launched the first cargo delivery by a charter flight to Prague, Azertac reported.
The company plans to carry out permanent flights for transportation of cargo to Europe, especially Czech Republic in future.
The fleet of Silk Way Helicopter Services, which is a part of SW Group, includes Sikorsky S-92A, Leonardo Helicopters AW139, Airbus Helicopters AS-332L1, Airbus Helicopters EC-155B1, Мi-8МТВ-1, Мi-8АМТ helicopters, and Cessna 172S airplanes.
Over the past 10 years, the Heydar Aliyev International Airport has become a major air cargo transportation hub. Today, Azerbaijan's civil aviation has announced itself as the official air carrier of the Great Silk Road project connecting East and West.
