Residents and guests of Baku woke up to a thick blanket of snow outside on Tuesday morning, following snowstorm. By daybreak, the city was covered in nearly a foot of snow.
Snow transformed ordinary streets into beautiful sceneries and gave an entirely new perspective on once familiar places. The frigid air didn't stop Bakuians from enjoying a snow covered city.
Photographers didn't let that keep them from exploring some of the city to capture the aftermath of the storm. Check out a selection of images captured today.
