Kazakhstan has low business closing index

The business closing index was one of the lowest in Kazakhstan. Only 2.9 percent of entrepreneurs were forced to cease their business, the report says.
"A positive image of the entrepreneur was stressed in Kazakhstan,” the report said. “Nearly 70 percent of the population sees entrepreneurship as a good choice for building a career and achieving a high status in the society."
